2019年2月15日，美国Innovative Foundry Technologies LLC根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定半导体器件、集成电路和包含该器件的消费产品（Certain Semiconductor Devices, Integrated Circuits,and Consumer Products Containing the Same）侵犯了其专利权。
