2024年7月24日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定光纤连接器、适配器、跨接电缆、跳线以及下游产品及组件（Certain Fiber-Optic Connectors, Adapters, Jump Cables, Patch Cords, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1399）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2024年6月25日作出的初裁（No.15）不予复审，即基于同意令，终止对列名被告美国FS.com Inc.of New Castle, DE的调查并发布同意令；对本案行政法官于2024年6月26日作出的初裁（No.16、17）不予复审，即分别基于同意令，终止对列名被告中国广东Shenzhen IH Optics Co., Ltd. of China深圳市毅宏光通信有限公司、德国Flexoptix GmbH of Germany调查并发布同意令。
2024年4月22日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定光纤连接器、适配器、跨接电缆、跳线以及下游产品及组件（Certain Fiber-Optic Connectors, Adapters, Jump Cables, Patch Cords, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1399）。
2024年3月22日，美国US Conec, Ltd. of Hickory, North Carolina向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号11,733,466、11,808,994、11,906,794、11,880,075、11,385,415、10,495,823），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
