欧盟对华电动自行车作出双反终裁

2019年1月18日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，对原产于中国的电动自行车（Electric Bicycles）作出反倾销和反补贴终裁，具体税率详见下表。涉案产品欧盟CN（CombinedNomenclature）编码为8711 60 10和ex 8711 60 90（欧盟TARIC编码为8711 60 90 10）。

2017年10月20日，欧盟委员会发布公告，应欧洲自行车生产商协会（the European Bicycle Manufacturers Association）于2017年9月8日提交的申请，对原产于中国的电动自行车启动反倾销立案调查。2018年7月18日，欧盟委员会发布公告，对原产于中国的电动自行车作出反倾销肯定性初裁。2017年12月21日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，应欧洲自行车生产商协会于2017年11月8日提出的申请，欧盟委员会对原产中国的电动自行车进行反补贴立案调查。、
