2023年10月12日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定电子防盗购物车轮及其组件和系统（Certain Electronic Anti-Theft Shopping Cart Wheels, Components Thereof and Systems Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1357）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2023年9月18日作出的初裁（No.13）不予复审，即基于和解，终止对列名被告荷兰Rocateq International B.V. of Barendrecht, The Netherlands、美国Rocateq USA, LLC, of San Fernando, CA、中国广东Zhuhai Rocateq Technology Company Ltd. of Zhuhai, Guangdong, China珠海洛凯特科技有限公司的调查，本案调查终止。
2023年4月5日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定电子防盗购物车轮及其组件和系统（Certain Electronic Anti-Theft Shopping Cart Wheels, Components Thereof and Systems Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1357）。
2023年3月8日，美国Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. of Foothill Ranch, California向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其知识产权（美国注册专利号8,463,540、9,091,551、9,637,151、11,230,313、11,358,621），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
