2021年8月9日，美国Motorola Solutions, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois、加拿大Avigilon Corporation of Canada、加拿大Avigilon Fortress Corporation of Canada、加拿大Avigilon Patent Holding 1 Corporation of Canada、加拿大Avigilon Technologies Corporation of Canada向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号7,868,912、10,726,312 、8,508,607），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
