2025年4月9日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定眼妆及其包装（Certain Eye Cosmetics and Packaging Therefor，调查编码：337-TA-1407）作出337部分终裁：经过复审，向之前被判缺席的列名被告中国台湾地区Kaibeauty, Taipei City, Taiwan、韩国I’ll Global Co., Ltd., Seoul, South Korea、匈牙利Kelz Beauty, Budapest, Hungary、以色列Hikari Laboratories Ltd., Bnei Atarot, Israel发布有限排除令；本案调查终止。
2024年7月11日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定眼妆及其包装（Certain Eye Cosmetics and Packaging Therefor）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1407）。
2024年5月20日，美国Amarte USA Holdings, Inc. of Redding, California向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册商标号4,328,655、虚假广告），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
