菲律宾对进口水泥启动保障措施立案调查

2018年9月24日，世贸组织保障措施委员会发布菲律宾代表团于2018年9月19日向其提交的保障措施立案通告，2018年9月10日，菲律宾对进口水泥（Cement）启动保障措施立案调查。涉案产品的菲律宾税号为2523.2990和2523.9000。
利益相关方应于本公告发布之日起5日内提交本案评述意见。
